Syntien 2 collects crash reports and error diagnostics to help us identify and fix bugs, improve app stability, and enhance the user experience. These reports contain technical information about the crash, such as:

• Device model and operating system version
• App version and build number
• Stack traces and error logs
• Timestamp of when the crash occurred
• Device locale and timezone settings
• Technical device identifiers used for crash grouping and analysis

We do not collect personally identifiable information such as your name, email address, phone number, or contact information. We have configured our crash reporting service to explicitly disable the collection of IP addresses and any user-identifying information.

While crash reports may contain technical device identifiers, these are used solely for the purpose of grouping and analyzing crash reports to improve the app. They are not used to identify individual users or track behavior across apps or websites.

What We Don't Collect

Syntien 2 does NOT collect:

• Your name, email address, or contact information
• Usage patterns or behavioral data
• Location data
• Any other personal information

How We Use the Data

The anonymized crash reports are used solely for the purpose of improving Syntien 2. We use this information to:

• Identify and fix bugs
• Improve app stability and performance

We do not share, sell, or distribute this data to any third parties for advertising, marketing, or any other purposes.

Third-Party Services

Syntien 2 uses Sentry, a third-party crash reporting service, to collect and analyze crash data. Sentry's privacy policy can be found at https://sentry.io/privacy/.

Data Retention

Crash reports are retained only as long as necessary to diagnose and fix issues. We periodically review and delete older crash data that is no longer needed.

Opting Out

Crash reporting is enabled by default to help us improve the app, but you can opt out at any time. To disable crash reporting, go to the app's Settings and turn off the crash reporting option.

Your Rights

Under data protection laws, you have rights including access, correction, and deletion of personal data. Because we cannot link crash reports to individual users, we are unable to identify, retrieve, modify, or delete data for specific individuals.
